Submit a Playback Log from Web Viewer

This document outlines how to submit a Play Log when a user is experiencing a problem with playback in NBCUView Web Viewer (https://www.nbcuview.com)

1. Right click the video player
2. Enter as much information as you can in the text box including browser, operating system, and network connection.
3. Click Submit
4. Let our support team know you sent the logs by submitting a request
