Submitting Error Logs

If you encounter any issues while using the NBCUView app, please submit error logs from the application following the instructions below:

 

1. Open the NBCUView app

2. Press the gear icon in the top right cornerIMG_0207.PNG

3. Press and hold on the gear icon after the first press to show the menu below, then press "Exit"

4.You should see the screen below. Press the "X" in the top left corner

6. You should see the screen below. Press the menu icon in the top left corner

7. In this menu, press "Settings"

8. Press "Send Error Logs"

9. Select one of the email options, such as Outlook, to send the error logs via email to NBCUView.Support@nbcuni.com
